"ENUGU SUFFER NO DEY TIRE UNA?": MEDIA TEAM CONTRASTS MBAH’S ADMINISTRATION WITH CHIEF NNAJI’S FEDERAL ACHIEVEMENTS
The Lion Building Media Team for Nwakaibie has released a sweeping public statement assessing the contrast between state resource management in Enugu and the concrete public health and technological interventions delivered through federal channels by Chief Uche Nnaji.
The statement drew sharp comparisons across basic infrastructure, public transport, employment, and market governance. It criticized the state administration over structural issues in public facilities, stagnant commercial deals, and the abrupt cancellation of recruitment exercises that left thousands of job applicants without appointment letters for two years. In contrast, the media team highlighted Chief Nnaji’s federal facilitation of the Renewed Hope 2MW solar-hybrid power system at the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital (UNTH) Ituku-Ozalla, transparent federal job placements, the approval of four new national operational satellites, and the establishment of Africa’s first insulin manufacturing facility in Nigeria.
Addressing urban market policies, the release condemned the demolition of longstanding public markets in Abakpa, Holy Ghost, Gariki, and Nsukka without adequate compensation for everyday traders, contrasting it with Nnaji's focus on healthcare technology and renewable energy projects.
"The contrast between resource allocation and actual public impact in Enugu State has reached a point where every citizen must reflect on our collective future. On one hand, we have a state governor controlling vast financial resources yet yielding questionable value; on the other, a minister operating within an approved budget who has consistently delivered life-changing projects for Ndi Enugu. As a people, we must reject empty propaganda and secure leadership that genuinely values human life, economic freedom, and sustainable progress."
The Lion Building Media Team concluded by urging the electorate across Enugu State to look past political party lines and public relations campaigns ahead of 2027, prioritizing leadership that demonstrates verifiable service delivery, economic empathy, and long-term developmental progress.
