This is why as an academic committed to Postcolonial Eco-Feminist development, I offer my expertise to SERVE in a NWAKAIBIE- LED GOVERNANCE OF SCIENCE, INNOVATION,AND GREEN ECONOMY. ENUGU DOES NOT NEED more LEDGERS ; it NEEDS LABORATORIES, it does not need more LEVIES, it NEEDS LEVERAGE.
