NDC Leadership Crisis Looms in Enugu Amid Alleged Plot to Remove State Chairman

n the next 24 hours, the Enugu State Chairman of the NDC risks being removed by a group of political heavyweights from Enugu led by former Governor Okwy Nwodo.

Johnpaul the current young chairman was duly elected but there are plans to replace him with Prof. Akubue who reportedly has a certificate forgery case with the National Universities Commission (NUC). Prof. Akubue is the immediate past Chairman of the ADC in Enugu State and only recently decamped to the NDC.

Crazy thing is that Chief Okwy Nwodo is not even a registered member of the NDC at the moment. Hope we don’t experience lots of litigations again.
