Politicizing the Blackboard: How Peter Mbah’s Regime is Dragging ENSUBEB New Teachers into Desperate 2027 Electoral Servitude

There is an unwritten, sacred rule in civil service ethics: the sacred halls of learning, the noble profession of teaching, and the institutions molding our children must remain completely insulated from partisan politics. But under Governor Peter Mbah, ethics, professionalism, and institutional boundaries have been thrown out the window in a desperate, panicky scramble for political survival ahead of 2027.

Fresh and damning evidence has emerged exposing how handlers and foot soldiers of the Mbah administration have hijacked official or newly formed communication networks—such as the "ENSUBEB NEW TEACHERS" WhatsApp groups—turning them into blatant indoctrination camps for the governor's second-term ambition.

Instead of focusing on teacher welfare, capacity building, and genuine educational reforms, state agents are aggressively pushing propaganda posters blaring "Smart Teachers for Peter Mba". Under the thinly veiled threat of "our interest is covered, yours might not be," newly recruited teachers are being browbeaten, emotionally blackmailed, and dragooned into digital platforms designed for one sole purpose: how to deliver their various polling units for the governor in 2027.

What an absolute disgrace!

Since when did employment into the Enugu State Universal Basic Education Board (ENSUBEB) become a mortgage on a teacher's civic conscience? Must civil servants and educators trade their dignity, professional neutrality, and independence just to secure livelihoods in their home state?

Throwing around abstract budget percentages and empty figures will not clean up the stench of this executive overreach. Using state-backed employment structures to conscript teachers into a partisan army is a dangerous descent into totalitarianism. Teachers are meant to be nation-builders, free thinkers, and molders of young minds—not foot soldiers for a failing politician’s re-election machinery.

Ndi Enugu are watching. The attempt to politicize the classroom, intimidate educators, and convert civil servants into 2027 campaign agents is a direct assault on democratic norms. Mbah’s greedy grip on power is pushing him to desecrate every public institution in the state. Teachers must be allowed to breathe, teach, and serve in peace—free from political enslavement!
