Strict Policy Enforcement: NYSC Declares NERD Clearance Mandatory for All Prospective Corps Members

The National Youth Service Corps directorate has introduced a strict administrative mandate aimed at auditing academic credentials and streamlining the onboarding process for upcoming service batches. In an official public notice released across its verified media channels, the scheme announced that obtaining a NERD clearance has now been made compulsory for all Prospective Corps Members.

​As displayed in the official campaign flier, the management explicitly stated that without a verified NERD clearance certificate, there will be no deployment or participation in the NYSC program.
